This flat dish tray is a really great dish that is well thought out for the person who cooks.
A 4 to 5 mm high base is attached to the bottom, which raises the plate surface slightly from the table, so that the shadow cast by the food falls on the table under sunlight or strong spots.
Various elements such as the reflection on the glass surface, the shadow on the table, the color of amber, and the fine air bubbles inside the glass are mixed together to create a pleasing food scene when serving tall ingredients.
There is a 5mm catch on the rim, so it is easy to bashing, and you can act smartly. Sumi (gray) is the most popular color because it is easy to match with any ingredients.
It's great not only for cooking, but also for desserts with sauces!
