The most convenient size is about 21 cm. The advantage is that there is a high plateau about 2 inches from the edge, and the grounding is very good. With a flat plate type, it accepts any genre of cuisine. The color of Sumi (gray) enhances any dish. Especially when combined with fresh dishes such as green salad, the fresh color looks beautiful.
It is also recommended for restaurants. The rim prevents the sauce from spilling, and the bottom is raised about 2 cm on a high base, which makes it very easy to lift from the table, which is a weak point of the flat plate, and makes the bashing behavior elegant. .
