"Hanakage" is one of Sakaida's most popular series. As the name suggests, this romantic work casts flower-like shadows on the table under a strong light source. Each piece has a gradation of pale colors at the bottom, and the way the colors are entangled in the shadows is also beautiful.
In the case of glasses, the edges are made very thin to make them more palatable, and the rims of bowls and vases are wrapped around the rims.
Vase around 10 cm in height is especially useful on the table. The subdued color of amber makes it fun to add greens and herbs in addition to flowers.
"Hanakage" shines beautifully when sunlight hits it. The change in the shadow of the shape of the flower over time is also wonderful.
The single flower vase has different proportions from A to G. Take your pick.
