A simple glass. Perfect for desserts or appetizers.
Turn over one of Yoshihiko Takahashi's glasses, and you'll notice a small "ponte" mark. A ponte is an iron rod attached to the bottom of the glass with a small amount of glass acting as glue, used to widen the opening of the piece. This charming mark, which can also look like a belly button, is a remnant of the hot-shop glassblowing process and a sign of its handmade nature. By deliberately leaving this ponte mark, Takahashi makes you look forward to seeing the underside of the glass.
Diameter: Approx. 9.0cm / Height: Approx. 10.0cm / Capacity: Approx. 200ml (when filled to the brim)
As this is an artist's work, individual variations may occur.
*Not made of heat-resistant glass
*Not dishwasher safe
*As all pieces are handmade by glassblowing, irregularities such as bumps on the surface or inside, as well as bubbles, may occur during the manufacturing process. These will not affect use at all and are unique to handmade pieces.
*Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. Please understand this before purchasing.
