Fine Wines and Delicacies Fair

FOOD FOR THOUGHT will be holding a special exhibition, "Bishu Kako-ten" (Exhibition of Fine Sake and Delicacies), at the Uehara store from Saturday, November 15 to Wednesday, November 19.

This year marks the 5th "Bishu Kako-ten" (びしゅかこうてん), a special exhibition centered around "sake" that focuses on "sake vessels and other items for delicious sake and appetizers."

There are many ways to enjoy sake and appetizers. You might enjoy it slowly by yourself, with your family while chatting, or host a lively party with friends. We aim to offer a lighthearted and sophisticated table setting unique to FOOD FOR THOUGHT by showcasing a variety of vessels that can be enjoyed in various situations.

Once again, wonderful artists have gathered! At "Bishu Kako-ten", you can put together a slightly special sake set by arranging a sake server and cups with small bowls on a tray. Or, you can assemble a party set by choosing enough glasses for the number of guests and large dishes suitable for platters. Please come and find your favorite sake vessels such as glasses, sake cups, and sake servers. If you don't drink alcohol, there are also many works that we would like to propose as tea utensils, as well as vessels for enjoying food, so please look forward to it. 

Please come with your family and friends and enjoy conversations while looking for your favorite pieces. Of course, those who wish to browse slowly by themselves are also very welcome. We would also love to hear your stories about sake and appetizers; all the staff are looking forward to it. (Haruna)
