FOOD FOR THOUGHT Director Yuko Watanabe's new book "Daily cooking changes Yuko Watanabe's source of deliciousness" was published on October 14th!

To commemorate this, Yuko Watanabe will hold a special cooking party at Sendagaya LAB for three days from November 3rd (reservation required for all days).

Watanabe's cooking class has been suspended since the corona crisis. One of our goals was to create a place where everyone could enjoy the food that Watanabe made. I received passionate love calls from all the students in the classroom, but I was finally able to make it a reality.

In the new book, we introduce how to make 8 “delicious ingredients” and their development dishes, and Watanabe will make 4 of them for you at this cooking party. Talking about recipes and chatting.

We hope that everyone will enjoy a relaxing time in front of Shinjuku Gyoen, where the trees are beginning to change colors.

In the new book, we introduce 8 types of “sources of deliciousness” that carefully draw out the umami from ingredients with the power of fire and time, and recipes that develop from there.

Yuko Watanabe's recipes are simple, so a little trick is important. Since they are written along with the reasons, it is also a nice point that it is easy to challenge further development dishes at home.

It's a book that you can get a lot from , but at this cooking party you can learn the "timing" and "tricks" that can't be conveyed in the book through Watanabe's movements and words . After all, the best way to reproduce and apply recipes at home is to taste the real thing.

This cooking party embodies Watanabe's motto, " Food not only fills your hunger but also fills your heart and brightens your day ."
