The silhouettes of Mr. Kobayashi's works demonstrate the exquisite precision of his wheel-throwing technique. However, one of the charms of his pieces is that they never feel rigid. There's a subtle softness to the contours, and the feeling of them fitting comfortably in your hand is incredibly pleasant.
