"Enjoy Colors" Summer Cooking Class on Friday, August 4th at FOOD FOR THOUGHT LAB

Ahead of the "Tokiko Kurokawa Exhibition," we will be holding "Yuko Watanabe's Summer Cooking Event to Enjoy Colors" at FOOD FOR THOUGHT LAB on August 4th (Fri), the day before the exhibition!

The cooking event is by reservation only for the entire day.
Reservation tickets will be available on our dedicated ticket reservation website (https://foodforthoughtshop.net/) from 10:00 PM on July 22nd (Sat).

It has been decided that a special cooking event will be held, where Yuko Watanabe, our director and chef, will serve dishes using Ms. Kurokawa's tableware.

At this cooking event, you will enjoy dishes prepared by Yuko Watanabe served on Tokiko Kurokawa's tableware. And the dream-like plan is that you can take the tableware home with you as is.

You can enjoy a meal and drinks with one plate and one glass.

The dish will be a salad-style creation using seasonal ingredients. The drink will be a refreshing summer beverage featuring herbs. Both will be prepared by Watanabe to fully showcase the "colors" of Ms. Kurokawa's glass.

Among her various works, the item Ms. Kurokawa is best at making is plates. She says, "Once I make this, I immediately think of what I want to pair with it on this plate," and ideas for new creations just keep coming to her.

Upon hearing this, our director, Watanabe, said, "That's just like cooking." Indeed, Ms. Kurokawa makes plates as if she were cooking. She loves thinking about color combinations, so it's like cooking with colors. This "cooking event" was born from such conversations.
