[Yoshiko Takahashi Brief Biography]
Born in Tokyo in 1958. In 1980, graduated from Tama Art University, Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Sculpture, Product Design major, Craft Design course. After working as a research assistant in the Department of Sculpture at the same university, from 1982 to 1984, she trained in glass production as an assistant at the GlasHaus Am Wasserthurm workshop (Reichenbach, Germany). In 1985, she established her own studio in Sagamihara City. She served as a professor at Tama Art University until the end of March 2022.
