This piece, born from the voices of customers who have been using Mr. Takemata's cutlery for many years, is the thinnest cutlery he produces. While striving for lightness, it maintains an elegant and intelligent appearance. A very intricate production process is involved to add delicate and graceful curves.

It has a smooth feel in the mouth, further enhancing the flavor of delicate desserts. When gently placed next to a dessert bowl, it neatly balances the overall presentation. During the cherry blossom viewing and autumn foliage seasons, it is also recommended for outdoor carrying such as picnics and camping.
