50 Hand-Painted Gaiwan

This gaiwan features a striking contrast between its lustrous, deep black exterior and soft white interior.
The white peeking from the rim enhances the black, giving it a dignified appearance.
The small knob on the lid is also charming.
It can be used for Chinese tea or any other purpose you desire.

It can also be enjoyed as a set with the glossy black small plate (saucer), sold separately.

1984 Born in Obihiro City, Hokkaido
2007 Enrolled in Kuwasawa Design School, studied visual design
Worked as an assistant at a design firm during the day as she was on the night course
2009 Began studying pottery at a ceramics class in Setagaya
Also assisted with glaze making and kiln loading
2011 Enrolled in Tajimi City Pottery Design and Technical Center
2013 Began her creative activities in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture
