Yuko Miura Biography

Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1982.
Began blown glass at Glass Studio Aaty while attending Kyoto University of Art and Design.
After graduation, studied the fundamentals of glass at the Toyama Institute of Glass Art.
Worked for five years as a glass studio staff member at Iwata City New Formative Art Creation Center (Shizuoka Prefecture).
Launched Blown Glass Studio Bamboo Glass in 2014.
Currently active mainly through craft fairs and exhibitions.
