The character line drawn about 3mm inside the edge is also a particular design point for Mr. Kobayashi.

This single line creates a moderate tension throughout the piece, and despite its simple form, it makes the food placed on it surprisingly elegant.

Because of its clean shape, it pairs well with other tableware. If you get enough of these dishes to serve as individual plates for your family and guests, they will surely be a great asset during mealtime.
