Enami-san lampshade. It is said to be made using a special light-transmitting clay from Shigaraki.

When lit, a soft light spreads, and the three-dimensional lines of the shade emerge.

When not lit, you can enjoy the unique texture of pottery.

【Care Instructions】
This pottery is absorbent, so its texture will change with moisture and oil from food. It is prone to staining, so it is recommended to avoid dark-colored dishes until the oil has fully permeated the entire surface. The more you use it, the more character it develops, so we hope you enjoy this transformation. If you are concerned, try soaking it in water for about 10 minutes before use. This will help prevent staining and odors to some extent, and allow it to gradually develop over time.
