Through improvements to the traditional pattern,
the line from the shoulder strap to the back has been rounded,
improving the flow of the sleeves and overall movement.

FFT Director Yuko Watanabe thoroughly considered the design and specifications
from a chef's perspective, creating this apron with a thorough commitment to usability.
It uses a generous amount of high-quality Japanese linen,
and its long length makes for an elegant standing posture.
The back style is also well-designed,
fully covering the hips.

It features a simple design that combines both aesthetic beauty and ease of movement.
For the neck and waist straps,
we use thick cotton herringbone tape
that resists twisting.
The high-quality, thick linen
becomes more textured with use,
developing into a fluffy and comfortable fabric.
It is made from a medium-weight, 100% high-quality Japanese linen material
known for its smooth, gentle feel,
and excellent absorbency and breathability.

A notable point is that it places little burden on the neck even when worn for extended periods.
The neck strap length is adjustable,
and there is only one pocket, positioned conveniently on the right side.
This prevents the waist area from looking bulky.

With its relaxed width
and ample length,
