Director Yuko Watanabe thoroughly considered the design and specifications from a chef's perspective, making these aprons meticulously focused on usability.
The classic "White" is our most popular color. Our director, Yuko Watanabe, only wears white aprons. They don't clash with any outfit, make you feel refreshed, and are actually easy to use because they can be bleached.

We have refined it many times
to achieve its perfect form.
Through improvements made in the summer of 2021,
we rounded the line from the shoulder strap to the back,
improving arm movement and ease of wear.
FFT Director Yuko Watanabe
meticulously designed and specified this apron from a cook's perspective,
with a thorough focus on usability.
It is made from a generous amount of high-quality Japanese linen,
and its long length makes for an elegant posture.
The back style is also flawless,
covering the hips completely.
It combines beauty and ease of movement
in a simple design.
The neck and waist straps use
thick, herringbone cotton tape
that resists twisting.
The high-quality thick linen fabric
becomes softer and more comfortable
with use, developing a pleasant texture.
It is made from 100% medium-weight Japanese linen,
known for its smooth, gentle feel,
and excellent absorbency and quick-drying properties.
Another notable feature is that it puts less strain on the neck even when worn for long periods.
The neck strap length is adjustable,
and there is only one pocket, positioned perfectly on the right side.
This prevents the waist area from looking bulky.
With a relaxed fit
and ample length,
it can also be worn by men.
It presents an elegant appearance from every angle (360 degrees),
and is therefore used as a uniform
in many restaurants.
