FOOD FOR THOUGHT LAB will be hosting a tea ceremony by Naoko Ideno of chanowa for two days on Saturday, February 11th, and Sunday, February 12th.

The tea ceremony will be ticketed by reservation only for the entire day.
Tickets will go on sale at 10:00 PM on Saturday, February 4th, on our ticket reservation website. (Fully booked)

For those considering attending for the first time, here's an explanation:

Naoko Ideno presides over "chanowa," a tea ceremony primarily featuring Chinese tea, based in Kumamoto. She holds tea ceremonies nationwide and has gained overwhelming popularity.

You can enjoy some of the tea and sweets with original FOOD FOR THOUGHT tableware such as "MODERN CLASSIC" and "Paper white." Our original tableware is also for sale, so if you like a piece, you can purchase it on the spot and take it home.

The sweets will be provided by Kaoruko Watanabe of "marcadette," who also operates in Kumamoto.

Enjoy the beauty of the setting, feel the warm steam, and watch the graceful movements of tea preparation.

That time is a feeling of forgetting the everyday and having your heart "gently" unwind.
