It was designed to perfectly fit a single serving of udon noodles. Such tableware, conceived from daily life, is characterized by its true ease of use. Mr. Enami's observations and experiences from daily life are naturally reflected in his work.

As this pottery is absorbent, its appearance will change with moisture and oil from food. Due to its susceptibility to staining, it is recommended to avoid dark-colored dishes until the entire surface has absorbed oil. The more you use it, the more character it develops, so we hope you enjoy these changes. If you are concerned, try soaking it in water for about 10 minutes before use. This will help prevent stains and odors to some extent, allowing it to gradually mature.
