Yuko Miura Brief Biography

Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1982.
Began glass blowing at Glass Studio Aaty while studying at Kyoto University of Art and Design.
After graduation, studied fundamental glass knowledge in the sculpting department at Toyama Institute of Glass Art.
Worked for five years as a glass studio staff member at Iwata City New Art & Design Center (Shizuoka Prefecture).
2014: Launched Bamboo Glass blown glass studio.
Currently active mainly in craft fairs and exhibitions.
