45 Flat pan (shallow) 24cm

It is a masterpiece "flat pot" that is also a signature of Otani Pottery.

Mr. Otani has three types of flat pot depending on its depth: shallow, average, and deep.
This is a shallow type 24 cm.

It's already very popular, so I think most people know it, but if you don't know it, please check out Mr. Otani's Instagram (@hibihiranabe), where he specializes in Hiranabe.

From cakes, tarts, breads, quiches, grilled vegetables, stews, simmered dishes, mapo tofu, cooked rice, jams, oil sardines to oden (!), it's a versatile player that can be used for really anything. Ultimately, a dining table can be completed with just this flat pot and individual plates!

Of course, it can be used in an oven or over an open flame, and while it is a durable heat-resistant plate, it is made precisely and has a beauty that embodies Mr. Otani.

*It can be used in an open fire, an oven, or a microwave oven, but please avoid putting cold ingredients or liquids in a hot earthenware pot as it may cause cracks.

*When used, the color of the pot skin will change. If the dirt is stuck and cannot be removed, soak it in water for a while to soften it, and then rub it with a gold brush. There are traces of the gold brush, but the expression will come out as you use it. The texture will change with repeated use, so I hope you enjoy the process.
*After use, remove dirt as soon as possible and dry thoroughly.
