FOOD FOR THOUGHT Uehara will be holding a solo exhibition by potter Morito Tazuruhama from Saturday, November 29th to Wednesday, December 3rd. Morito Tazuruhama will be present at the store on the first day, Saturday, November 29th!

Tazuruhama's works are characterized by their warm forms that exude the gentle touch of the earth. In addition to their ease of use and versatility in the home, they are also highly favored by experts who love tableware and cooking.

They have a strong affinity with antiques and possess a somewhat Wafu-Yofu (Japanese-Western) blend, making them an excellent match for existing tableware in contemporary Japanese dining tables and establishments. They will undoubtedly be a strong asset for restaurants, hotels, and ryokans.

Tazuruhama's works continue to captivate us with their undeniable presence. The beauty that accompanies daily life also encompasses a universal strength.

Many of you must have been surprised by the wide range of his expressions. For this exhibition, a rich lineup is available, including Kohiki, Kuro-sabi, Hakuji, Gosu-haiyu, Kareki-yu, and Decalcomania.
