Mr. Akita's small plates beautifully harmonize the charm of old Karatsu with a contemporary perspective.
By reconstructing old Karatsu from a modern viewpoint, these pieces seem to have extracted the core of its rustic beauty. While retaining the dignified atmosphere of old Karatsu, they feature a sharp, modern finish.
