"Masayuki Miyagi Exhibition" will be held at the Uehara store from April 15 (Sat) - April 18 (Tue)!

From Saturday, April 15 to Tuesday, April 18, FOOD FOR THOUGHT Uehara will host a solo exhibition by potter Masayuki Miyagi, who creates pottery in Nanjo City, Okinawa Prefecture.

Admission until 3 PM on the first day is by reserved ticket only.
After that, you may enter without a reservation.

Tickets will go on sale on Saturday, April 8, at 10 PM on our dedicated ticket reservation website (foodforthoughtshop.net).

The season for Masayuki Miyagi's solo exhibition has arrived again this year! This is the third annual exhibition at our store. In this increasingly warm season, Miyagi-san's vessels look wonderful on the dining table.

Miyagi-san's beautiful vessels evoke the nature of Okinawa. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, but many people who have held them once experience their ease of use and become captivated. Therefore, repeat customers are exceptionally numerous.

For this reason, we constantly hear that "they are hard to get."

In response to these voices, the FOOD FOR THOUGHT exhibition will feature a wide selection, primarily focusing on the most popular 6-7 inch plates and rimmed bowls. Every year, we receive wonderful comments like, "This is the first time I've seen so many of Miyagi-san's works."

However, if you have specific works in mind, we recommend visiting or making a reservation as early as possible.
