1985 Born in Hokkaido
2003 Joined Iwamizawa City Hall, Hokkaido
2009 After retiring from the agency, worked at an Italian restaurant in Tokyo, etc.
2013 Entered Gifu Prefecture Forest Takumi Juku
2015 Started production activities based in Sapporo
2017 Set up a workshop in Mikasa City, Hokkaido

Precautions for use

*It is easy to stain at first, so please use it on bread, salad, etc. when you first use it.
Basically, it is recommended to wash with lukewarm water. There is no problem with washing with detergent, but in that case, please use a neutral detergent.
If the surface becomes rough during use, apply walnut oil to restore the luster. If you use it for cooking that contains oil such as dressing, it will also be maintenance.
