Paperwhite Flower Rim Plate L

The large 25cm (8-inch) size is ideal for main dishes such as meat and fish. As is true for all "Hana Rim Plates," their slight depth makes them safe for dishes with plenty of liquid or sauce. Made of porcelain, they are dishwasher and microwave safe, making them suitable for use in restaurants.

 The subtle and delicate hana rim and the glaze of "Paperwhite" create a synergy, resulting in a gentle, rounded aesthetic that looks as if it has been lovingly used for generations. It pairs well with any cuisine, whether Japanese, Western, or Chinese. With continued use, the crazing will absorb color, enhancing its texture even further.

Combine it with the coffee cup from the same series for a one-plate breakfast or lunch.

*The "Paperwhite" series is intentionally designed to have slight individual differences inherent in ceramics. These include the appearance of black iron spots, or spots under 1mm, and color variations from blue to yellow due to uneven firing temperatures in the kiln. Additionally, a crazing glaze is used to create an aged appearance.

*Slight differences in shape due to the manufacturing process, glaze flow or unevenness, and subtle color variations from glazing and firing may be observed, but these do not affect practical use.
